1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Blendimals mobile game (Android) and the Blendimals VR game (Meta Quest), developed by morokar, an independent developer ("we", "us", "our"). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Data We Collect

Blendimals is designed to collect as little data as possible. Here is a complete overview:

• No account or registration required. You can play without creating an account.
• No personal information collected — no name, email address, phone number, or location.
• No voice or camera data collected — the VR version uses hand tracking provided by the Meta Quest system. We do not access, store, or process hand tracking data ourselves.
• No third-party advertising SDKs — there are no ads shown in the game.

3. In-App Purchases IAP

Blendimals offers optional paid content packs (such as the Dino Pack) available for purchase within the game. All in-app purchases are processed entirely through the Meta Horizon IAP platform.

• Purchase transactions are handled by Meta. We do not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers.
• To verify and restore purchases, the app queries the Meta IAP backend using the Meta Platform SDK. This process uses your Meta account's purchase history, which is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
• We do not store purchase records on our own servers. Purchase state is verified directly with Meta at app startup.
• All in-app purchases are durable (one-time purchase, permanent unlock). No subscription data is collected.

4. Automatically Collected Technical Data

The platforms the game runs on (Google Play, Meta Horizon Store) may collect limited technical data such as crash reports and basic device information for the purpose of app stability. This is governed by Google's and Meta's own privacy policies respectively and is not controlled by us.

5. Children's Privacy COPPA GDPR-K

Blendimals is intended for children and is designed with their safety as the top priority. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) applicable in the United States, and with GDPR requirements for children's data applicable in the European Union.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in EU member states where a higher age applies). The game contains:

• No chat, messaging, or social features of any kind
• No ability to interact with strangers
• No links to external websites from within the game
• No user-generated content
• No behavioural advertising

In-app purchases require action from a parent or account holder through the Meta platform, which includes its own parental controls and age verification mechanisms.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at the address below and we will take steps to delete such information.

6. VR-Specific Information Meta Quest

The Meta Quest version of Blendimals uses hand tracking and passthrough AR provided by the Meta Quest operating system. These features are handled entirely by Meta's platform software. Blendimals does not capture, store, or transmit any hand tracking data, camera data, or spatial information.

The game performs a standard Meta Platform SDK entitlement check at startup to verify that the app was legitimately obtained from the Meta Horizon Store. This check does not collect any personal data beyond what Meta already processes as part of its platform services.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any personal data with third parties, because we do not collect any personal data on our own servers. We have no advertising partners, analytics providers, or data brokers connected to Blendimals.

The only data processing that occurs is through Meta's platform services (IAP verification, entitlement checks), which is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.

8. Data Security

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our own servers, there is no personal data at risk from a breach on our side. Platform-level data (crash logs, IAP records, etc.) is protected by Google's and Meta's respective security infrastructure.

9. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:

• The right to know what data is collected about you
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to withdraw consent

Since Blendimals does not collect or store personal data on our own servers, there is typically no data to access or delete on our side.
